Her birthplace was in Santa Monica, California on 26 November, 1986. She is the daughter of her father Vincenzo and mom Valerie Barba. When she was six, the family relocated into Point Pleasant New Jersey. She finished her high school education in New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. She continued her education at Catholic University where she earned an undergraduate degree in architecture. At the age of four when she started playing the violin and earned the nickname Violin girl. Due to her musical performances, she became known as Violin Girl.
